New: “The Homestead”

This old house, in Harwich, MA on Cape Cod, has been abandoned and decaying since I was a kid, living just a few miles away. Recently, a fence was put up around it, and excavation machinery was recently brought to the property. Something is obviously happening there…either renovation or demolition. I’ll find out next time I’m on the Cape. “The Homestead” 24 x 24 o/c
