New: “Ocean Point”

I don’t remember where this place is exactly, but it’s somewhere on Martha’s Vineyard, likely East or West Chop. It’s one of those old stately “cottages” built a century or so ago, some of which still remain, while others have been taken down and replaced with much more massive and sprawling oceanside mansions. “Ocean Point” 24 x 36 o/c.
