New: “Enclosure”

All over New England, stone walls continue to form boundaries around things. Our house is surrounded on four sides by old stone walls, which once kept sheep from wandering off when our land was part of a neighboring farm. But now, it keeps nothing contained but us. “Enclosure” 48 x 60 o/c.
